A proposal for a toast to a host, to be read by diners while they are sitting and eating. The proposal was installed on the windows facing out to diners at ÕU Osteria, a summertime restaurant in Tallinn.

Placemats with a toast to the host, on this evening for the faculty of the EKGADMA, lined the tables and were read from below the window before the dinner was served. The toast was read in turns between the students as a way to thank them for hosting the students in the program.
